I have WMA files of the 4 previous versions of the doors closing message used on the Metro in Newcastle. They don't say "doors closing" like the message used now (which was introduced in 2004), but instead say "Stand clear of the doors please". The mesages I have on file were all used on the Tyne and Wear Metro between 1996(?) - 2004. I don't know how to post them myself but MetroBits, is it possible for you to give me an email address i can send them to you by? - that's if you want them, i dont know whether you do... Showing a history of different announcements for every city would make the page more difficult to read. Furthermore I have a webspace shortage at the moment and cannot host any files. But I'm sure your files are of interest and should be made available for anyone interested. I would be glad if you would upload them to http://bestsharing.com/ and post the download links right here in this forum. Bestsharing.com takes WMA files, I just tried.
