If you can please update the "Voices in the Deep" section because I have more info.

Amsterdam:

It's more of a high-low trumpet tone than a ding-dong.

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ER98ppJcDuI

Cairo:

Older trains have a "peeep" when the doors close. Newer ones make a "ding-dong" noise similar to some of Tokyo's trains.

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I86SS9VhR3Q (the description is in the comment by the user Aamen10000.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFwjuKVQ544 (newer train)

New York:

No signal at all on the oldest cars.

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKzD6dfoxnw&feature=email

Montreal Metro:

Although the majority of the trains do not have any signal for closing doors, some newer trains occasionally use 4 beeps as the doors close.

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGYeek9La3g
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJARUJHT3N8&feature=related

Newer trains as of 2010 use an 3 notes in an ascending scale, simultaneous with "Attention, nous fermons les portes" (Attention, we are closing the doors).

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f660rwwbqYk

Delhi Metro:
When the doors close, it makes a "ding-dong", followed by a "tick-tock", then another "ding-dong".

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcO5kfSkqKc&feature=related

Perth:

Newer sets make several screeching noises as the doors close.

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQct4s4ajNQ&feature=related

Berlin:

You stated that there was a voice when the doors close. It also makes buzzing noises that are practically the same as Paris's metro.

Source: You uploaded one.

Bucharest:

Newer trains have beeping sounds as the doors close.

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmDR3KhFohw (the beeping is faint)

Seoul:

Some trains have buzzing noises (completely different than Paris) that sound like "le-le-le-le-le-le-le-le-le-le" until the doors close. Some just have a conductor standing outside and the conductor closes the doors when nobody in in the way.

Oh yes, there is a bit more:

Vienna:

After the voice warning, the door closes simultaneously with a short but loud "BOOP".

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZiWDfxFang

Warsaw:

It is not just a beep. It is a low pitched "bup-bup-buuuuup".

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiVg3Y6iYsY

Ankara:

"BOOOP! DING-DANG" sound when the doors close.

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzNnKoImJ60

Istanbul:

When the doors close, there is a "DING-DANG" noise.

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_kPFcb6j1Y (turn up the volume because the chime is very faint from the outside)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3qQbvfojI0&feature=related
NOTE: Istanbul is not noted in the title or tags, but the station names give it away.

Oh yes, one final thing:

Beijing:
All trains (except Line 5, 8 and 10) have a loud ringing bell sound (similar to the stereotypical school bell) moments before the doors close. Older trains have a faint "peeep" when the doors open and close. Newer trains have 1 or 2 beeps when the doors open and 1, 2 or 3 beeps as the doors close depending on the line.

P.S.: Line 2 now uses the newer trains for the most part. Newer trains have Mandarin and English announcements for ALL announcements. When it pulls into the station, the English announcemet says "We are now arriving at ______ station." Older ones have has next stop announcements in Mandarin and English and Mandarin only for the arrival message.

San Francisco:

BART: Older trains have the "The doors are closing. Please stand clear of the doors." Newer ones have a "dong" when the doors close. The reason why the older ones appeared was because they are refurbished ones used.

I'm a little busy at the moment but hope to be able to eventually update the Announcements page within a week or two.

Thank you for posting those things, sega31098!

A couple of comments regarding the Seattle info:

(1) The trains are air conditioned
(2) The ticket price is $2.50 max. (Ranges from $1.75 to $2.50)

Thank you. I have added the aircon and also fixed the Seattle link that was missing in the menus.

With the ticket price, I believe your value is true but I prefer not to insert any new ticket prices. The reason is though I don't know how UBS got the data I believe they did it carefully and the data are consistent and comparable. If we would add ticket prices from other sources than UBS, the comparability might be affected. Hope you agree...

@sega31098
I did not forget about the announcements but was still busy with other things and the announcement job is a little complicated. If you got more information in the meantime, don't hesitate to go on posting it here. I promise I will add it to the page in a couple of days. It would be helpful however if you could provide sources, like links to the videos you got it from.

I know. But I just needed to let you in on more info. I have added links. There are practically no videos up for Beijing Subway (I have videos of them and I will upload and send them to you when I have the chance) but there are some for BART but I will search up the links for that when I can. Sorry if I troubled you.

This is phantastic, thank you so much!! But please don't bother to find all the links, it's okay like this.

And, BTW, I'm looking for a way to add discussions to every Metro Bits page so the valuable information from users can be seen there in place where they belong to.
