Nice pages!

Just a few updates about Oslo:

The Metro Features List states that metro trains in Oslo have air conditioned trains. No Oslo trains have air condition in the passenger cabin. Only the drivers cab is equipped with air condition on the T2000 class and the MX class. Class T1 - T8 does not have air condition at all.

Network length is currently 74 km (excluding the Kolsås line which is under reconstruction).

Number of lines is currently 6 (line no 1 - 6). Line 4 and 6 is connected on the Ring line.

The Oslo system has walk-through trains (MX class, currently above 100 cars delivered, 189 in total by 2009). Three cars connected forming one train, full walk-through within the train.

The number of stations related to the metro system is 104 (This includes the Kolsås line which is under reconstruction but some stations might be closed as a result of the reconstruction work).

To fill in with a little more details about on board announcements in Oslo:

Class T1 - T8: The driver announces "Dørene lukkes" (doors closing) and then close the doors manually a second afterwards. When the train is on its way to the next station, the driver announces: "Neste stasjon ..." (Next station ...).

Class T2000: Automatic announcement with female voice "Dørene lukkes", the doors starts closing immediately after the announcement has finished. When the train is on its way to the next station you will first hear a "diiing!" and then an automatic announcement with female voice: "Neste stasjon ..." (Next station ...).

Class MX: Automatic announcement with female voice "Dørene lukkes", the doors starts closing immediately afterwards followed by a low "bip-bip-bip". When the train is on its way to the next station you will hear an automatic announcement saying "Neste stasjon ..." (Next station ...). If the next station is at an intersection, the following will be added: "Dette er linje X til ...." (This is line no X to ....). If the next station is in a curve the following message is added to the next station announcement: "Vær oppmerksom på avstanden mellom tog og plattform" (Mind the gap between train and platform)

If the train stops on a station served by several metro lines, the train driver will announce the the line number and train destination on the outside loudspeakers of the train: "Dette er linje X til ...." (This is line no X to ....)

Oslo is updated (except numerical, which would be Jordi's task).
